A Little Bit Of Confidence Goes A Long Way!

After baking sourdough for more than 2 years I finally found the confidence  to start up my very own self serve bakery! I've tried my hands on a variety of baked goods and perfected them as well for my customers to enjoy! 

I am open at least two times a month

Hello y'all and welcome to my page, allow me to introduce myself! 

My name is Laura

I'm a mom, Medical Assistant, Radiology Technician and of course a baker! 
A full time mother and MA but on my free time, and yessssss any free time I get you can find me in my kitchen with my apron on either cooking (if you are a mom of boys like me you know there always has to be food cooking because boys are never not hungry) lunch, dinner or baking! Sourdough bread, cookies, anything sweet and/or yummy I'm in!!! 


My sourdough baking all started when a doctor that I worked along side brought us a loaf of his sourdough bread, I thought it was so cool to be eating a homemade loaf of bread and when I mentioned it to him he offered me some of his starter and that's where my journey began!! After I got my starter my weekends were focused strictly on baking bread!! It was the most amazing feeling ever seeing the dough double, rise and most importantly cutting the bread and seeing the most beautiful "crumb" ever. Now let's fast forward to over 2 years now and here I am, I finally found  the confidence to open my very own SELF SERVE BAKERY!!!!
